Some details:

We rent until 10 pm. 

Main hall has hardwood floors and a stage with a maximum capacity of 225. It has floor dimensions of 41' long x 30' wide with a step up bench along each side making the full room dimensions 41'x35.5'. The stage is 11 feet deep, 21' across the back and 23' across the front. 

The Dining hall dimensions are 49'x25' and has maximum capacity of 90.  There are 21 8 ft tables, 10 6 ft tables and 9 round tables available to set up as desired and 120 chairs. 

The kitchen has all the plates, cups, glasses and silverware needed to serve your guests.

Parking on site. ADA Handicap accessible.

General Rental*:

$30.00/hour + $250.00 Refundable Security Deposit

 

Rental with Alcohol*:

$50.00/hour + $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit

Must provide a licensed bartender to serve ALL alcohol.

*All users must carry $1,000,000.00 liability policy (available through your insurance company) .
